The Next Wave CNC Shark HD510 is designed for both professional woodworkers and hobbyists. It comes partially assembled and includes everything needed to get started: the latest version of Vectric VCarve Desktop design software, a color pendant controller, 2 hold-down clamps, a carbide V-bit, Next Wave Ready2Control Software, and Next Wave CNC’s exclusive Virtual Zero Unlimited software.
The Shark HD510 features a 28” x 36” table, an extruded aluminum router mount for 3.5” barrel routers or Next Wave’s water-cooled spindle system, and durable linear gantry rails. The HD510 can be controlled via pendant or computer, making it perfect for creating projects like plaques, signs, ornamental boxes, and precision parts from wood, soft metals, or plastics.
This CNC router also offers 3D carving capabilities, complete with a 3D model library. It provides two control options:

Pendant Control: Create your project using the included Vectric VCarve Desktop Design Software, then transfer it to a USB drive and plug it directly into the LCD pendant. The user-friendly touch screen pendant interface eliminates the need for a computer to control the CNC in your shop.

Computer Control: Run the Shark HD510 from your computer with the Ready2Control program, which includes the exclusive Virtual Zero Unlimited program. This software adjusts your design to fit curves and angles that would be impossible on other machines. (Computer and flash drive not included.)
The Shark HD510 is also compatible with Next Wave's 2-Watt and 7-Watt Lasers.
