If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we aim to make the return process clear and fair while respecting manufacturer policies and product handling requirements.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, the product must:

Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
Items that have been used, assembled, modified, or installed are not eligible for return.
Equipment & Machine Orders
Many products sold by TechCraft Studio LLC are professional machines supplied by third-party manufacturers.
For equipment purchases:

Custom, made-to-order, or special-order equipment cannot be returned once production or shipment has begun

Return Authorization
If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

Package the Product
Products must be returned in original packaging with all included accessories.

Label the Return
Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

We will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the eligible product and place a new order.
Manufacturer Warranty
Many products sold by TechCraft Studio LLC are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty service and technical support may be provided directly by the manufacturer depending on the product.
