Shipping Policy – United States

TechCraft Studio LLC provides shipping within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping through our website.

Many of our products are professional machines and fabrication equipment that ship directly from manufacturers or authorized distribution partners.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) unless otherwise noted.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM MST (Phoenix time) will begin processing the next business day.

Some products may require additional preparation time depending on:

  • manufacturer availability

  • equipment configuration

  • freight scheduling

If an item requires additional processing time, this will be communicated after the order is placed.


Shipping Methods

Shipping methods vary depending on the product purchased.

Products may ship via:

  • Standard parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS)

  • LTL freight carriers for large equipment

  • Manufacturer-direct shipments

Tracking information will be provided once the order ships.

For U.S. orders placed through our website:

Shipping rates apply to standard parcel shipments only.


Oversized & Freight Shipments

Some equipment sold by TechCraft Studio LLC must ship via freight carriers due to size or weight.

Freight shipments may include:

  • palletized deliveries

  • large-format equipment

  • industrial machinery

Additional freight charges may apply for:

  • residential delivery

  • lift-gate service

  • inside delivery

  • limited-access locations

  • remote areas

Any additional freight charges will be communicated prior to shipment if applicable.

Transit times for freight shipments may vary depending on the carrier and delivery location.


Freight Delivery Requirements

For freight shipments, customers may be required to:

  • provide a commercial delivery address, or

  • have access to a forklift or loading dock

If these are not available, additional services such as lift-gate delivery may be required.


Delivery Inspection

Customers must inspect freight shipments at the time of delivery.

If the packaging shows visible damage:

  1. Note the damage on the delivery receipt

  2. Take photos of the packaging and product

  3. Contact us within 48 hours

Failure to report damage promptly may limit the ability to file a freight claim.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email so you can monitor the delivery progress.

  • weather conditions

  • freight scheduling

  • manufacturer availability

TechCraft Studio LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control.
