Printing Recommendations
• Dry filament thoroughly before printing for optimal layer adhesion and surface quality.
• Store filament in a filament dryer or vacuum-sealed container when not in use.
• Use a hardened steel or stainless steel nozzle, as carbon fiber is highly abrasive and can rapidly wear brass nozzles.
• A nozzle size of 0.6mm or larger is strongly recommended to reduce clogging risk.
• Use an enclosure when possible to maintain a stable ambient temperature and maximize print consistency.
• Disable cooling fans during printing for improved strength and layer bonding.
