• Printer Compatibility: The 4000ml extruder (30 lbs fully loaded) is not recommended for the SCARA V4. For reliable use, 3D Potter recommends the 10 XL, which is engineered to handle this weight.

Warranty

3D Potter Inc. offers a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty on most accessories and equipment, including lift pumps, continuous cement mixers, and other non-printer products.

• Product components and hardware covered for 1 year

• Defective parts will be replaced free of charge under warranty

What is NOT covered and will void the warranty:

• Damage caused by improper use or operation outside of recommended guidelines

• Modification or altering of the product in any way

• Electrical surges, water damage, fire, or environmental damage

• Lack of proper maintenance

• Consumable items such as seals, gaskets, wear components, and replaceable operating parts

Extended warranty options are available for some equipment and accessories upon request. Coverage details and pricing vary by product category.

This warranty is not transferable. 3D Potter Inc. reserves the right to refuse warranty coverage on products that are obsolete or no longer in production.
