Warranty

3D Potter Inc. includes a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date.

• Printer components and hardware covered for 1 year

• Defective parts will be replaced free of charge under warranty

• Warranty coverage is valid for a total of 3 years from the original purchase date when combined with annual extended warranty plans

What is NOT covered and will void the warranty:

• Damage caused by improper use or operation outside of recommended guidelines

• Modification or altering of the printer in any way

• Electrical surges, water damage, fire, or environmental damage

• Lack of proper machine maintenance

• Alteration of configuration, firmware, or system files

• Consumable items such as clay, rubber seals, polycarbonate tubes, and similar wear parts

Extended warranty options are available:

• Extended Warranty: $250 per year for all standard 3D Potter models

• Scara Series Extended Warranty: $450 per year

This warranty is not transferable. 3D Potter Inc. reserves the right to refuse warranty coverage on printers that are obsolete or no longer in production.
