Printing Recommendations
• Nylon absorbs moisture quickly and should be stored in a filament dryer or vacuum-sealed container when not in use.
• Dry filament before printing for optimal print quality and layer adhesion.
• A hardened steel or ruby nozzle is strongly recommended, as nylon can accelerate wear on standard brass nozzles.
• Use an enclosure when possible to improve print consistency and reduce environmental temperature fluctuations.
• If using PA6 Nylon support structures, remove supports before excessive moisture absorption occurs, as prolonged moisture exposure may permanently bond supports to the printed part.
• Ensure the print bed is properly leveled and clean before printing.
